Is it suitable for small companies?
Yes, from two perspectives - firstly financially. We have set our pricing structure to make it affordable for companies that are running fewer projects than larger organisations. Secondly, by utilising the system at an early stage it will actually assist growth by implementing essential processes and procedures from the start.
Can I run it on my own server?
Yes, the system has been developed to enable you to host the system with another provider, however there are specific server requirements, please contact us for further information. We advise you to host the Project Management System on our own servers based in the UK to ease security and system updates
Can I buy it as a standalone system?
Yes, we offer a price scale dependent on the number of projects you would like to manage at any one time. Please click here for more information.
Is there a restriction on the number of users?
No, unlike other restricted web-based Project Management Systems, we allow you to easily manage unlimited system users and server storage. Prices are based on the total number of projects your system will require which are upgradeable at any time.
Can I brand the Project Management System in my identity?
Yes, it can be re-branded in your identity, so your clients will not be aware that it's a third party software. There are certain requirements so please contact us to discuss further.
Can my customer submit projects?
Yes, there's a full client area which enables your customers to logon and view, edit and submit any documentation relating to their projects. This includes project briefs, files, whiteboard information and active tasks. Equally, your client access can be easily modified through your administration screen.
Can I tailor the system to my requirements?
Yes, as we developed the system in house we have full control over how it works. If you find an area of the system that could be tailored to your own requirements, or would like to add additional functionality this would be developed and integrated at cost.
How easy is it to set-up?
The Project Management System can be fully hosted on our own servers based in the UK. The software is instantly and automatically set-up, no waiting for authorisation, no downloads or software to install, your PMS is available to use immediately and you and your users can access the system via any standard internet web browser
