1. Receipt of project brief
GroupSolutions can receive project briefs via our dedicated online project management system, as a Word Document, PDF, or in a standard email format.
If any difficulty occurs populating project briefs, we are here to help. You can use our PMS which has all the necessary questions you will need to ask when developing
a standard brief. Alternatively contact our business development partner, e.branch as a sub-contracted internet consultancy.
2. Prepare Quotation
On receipt of the brief we will prepare a full quotation broken down into individual sections, these outline our development fees with a description of the work to be
completed and a recommended retail price.
3. Collate Project Information and Documents
This element of the process involves the full collation of any required information that will be used to build the project. This includes all confirmed creative visuals, text
content, images, documents, site maps and descriptions of any additional functionality.
4. Organise development time scales
Having received all the information required, GroupSolutions are then in a position to fully understand and foresee any potential complications. This allows us to organise
the time required to complete individual tasks within the project, ensuring that important deadlines are considered and questioned before final signoff.
5. 50% Deposit and Signoff
Once the first four elements (see above) are completed, we require your sign off and a 50% deposit before any development work commences.
6. Development
GroupSolutions will then complete work as agreed within the confirmed time scales ensuring our partners are informed and updated throughout the development process.
Everything we do will be totally anonymous to your clients.
7. Final Invoice
Upon completion of the project, we will invoice you for the remaining balance. Once we have received cleared funds we will release the code to the required party.
Please refer to our terms of business for full details.

Clear, articulate briefs are crucial to the creative industry. They help develop trust and understanding between the client and the developers - and serve as an essential
point of reference for both parties. Above all, the design brief ensures that important design issues are considered and questioned before the designer starts work.
We realise that internet development is a huge learning curve, you can outsource all your internet consulting worries to our business development partner, e.branch
who will work in conjunction with us or your current resources to sell, manage and improve your internet services without it costing you a penny. In fact it will generate
more profit and integrity for your business. Please see our business development section for further details.
