1. Can I host the systems on our server?
Yes, the system has been developed to enable you to host the system with another provider, however there are specific server requirements, please contact us for further information. We advise you to host the Website Management System on our own servers based in the UK to ease security and system updates.
2. Is there another set-up charge when I re-design the website?
No, the only charge would be for the design or cut-up of the new design. If we designed your new website we charge a flat fee of £300, alternatively if you have already produced a website visual or would like another design agency to produce it and just require us to cut-up and implement the design into our system there's a fee of £200.
3. Can you design my website?
Yes, we offer a professional design service at a flat fee of £300. We have designed over a thousand websites ranging from small sites to blue-chip, multi-national organisations and guarantee the visuals we produce will be of the highest possible standard, complying with your design guidelines and brief.
4. Are there any design restrictions?

5. Can the website be optimised for search engines?
Yes, unlike the majority of other website management systems, our WMS has been developed with search engine marketing in mind. This means the live website's navigation and content structure is published in a search engine friendly format, enabling search engines to complete their searches throughout the site with ease. There is also a feature allowing your clients to manage meta tags, descriptions and titles for each page of the website, all combined to ensure a fully optimised website.
6. Can I resell the Website Management System to my clients?
Yes, there are many design agencies who have talented designers but their clients need increasing levels of functionality to their website and the ability to update their own content. Our Website Management System offers partners a great way of being able to focus on design and value added consultancy, whilst being able to implement cost effective sites that meet the needs of their clients.
7. Can I brand the Website Management System in my identity?
Yes, if you would like to resell the system it can be re-branded in your identity, so your clients will not be aware that it's a 3rd party software. There are certain requirements so please contact us to discuss further.
8. Can you purchase my domain name?
Yes, in order to establish a website you need to register a domain name. We will discuss the domain name with you, establish its availability and then register the name on your behalf.
9. Is there a limit to the number of navigation or pages I can have?
No, you can create unlimited number of navigation buttons or pages. The default system is provided without restriction, but this can be amended if you would like to resell the system with a limited number of pages and navigation.
10. Is there a limit to the number of categories and products allowed in the online shop?
No, there is no restriction to the amount of shop categories or products allowed. The system allows you to create categories and additional sub categories, then add unlimited products within that category.
11. Can the system be modified to suit my requirements?
Yes, as we have developed this Website management System in-house it makes it very easy for us to modify or develop new functionality to meet your individual requirements. We will need to discuss the new features with you to develop a brief which we can then quote on. All further developments will be developed at cost, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
12. What happens when I terminate my contract?
When a contract is terminated, if required we will supply you with a CD containing a database of your website's content, a folder with all the images and files used within the websites content page and the template folder which contains the cut-up of your website design.
13. What is the licence fee?
There’s the initial £500 which is the software set-up and intergration fee and then the £35 per month is the license fee which allows you to use the software for as long as you require, once you terminate the license fee the system will no longer be available and we will supply you with the cut-up of your website, the database containing your pages information and any associated imagery. It’s like a mobile phone contract, you buy the initial phone then you pay a monthly fee to use it.
14. What happens if your company goes into liquidation?
In the unlikely event that our company went into liquidation we will instruct another internet development provider to take over and continue our agreed contract.
15. Do I receive free upgrades?
As we are constantly developing the system there will be security upgrades and certain system upgrades which will be added free of charge. When we develop additional functionality and new features which you would like to include, an integration charge will be required to upgrade your current system.
16. Are there advanced website statistics available?
Yes, our integrated website statistics enables you to view relevant reporting structure to ensure you understand the primary results that are required when running and promoting an effective website. In addition to our standard statistics feature we offer a 3rd party software which runs along side your system giving you a full breakdown of how visitors interact with your website. This enables you to identify the navigational bottlenecks that keep you from completing conversion goals, and gives an overview on how successful certain keywords are across search engines and campaigns.
